Sent wrong batteries. Sent picture of what was received. Replied sending a long form to fill in - told them I was not going to fill in a form - replied sending a form saying nothing they could do without a form.
This is very annoying and from the feedback they receive they are doing a grand job in alienating customers.
Better response would be, so sorry what can we do to put this right? In which case I would have said give me 10% off my next order. Simple. I will never use you again.

Received the wrong batteries from seller, sent 50 x AAA instead of 50 x AA, seller doesn't respond to messages, worst service I've had on eBay for a long time. The packing slip that came with batteries clearly shows 50 x AA, I've sent numerous messages, none of which have been responded to, so am now having to send these back for a refund through eBay, wasting my time and then having to reorder from another ebayer. Will not be using again, really POOR customer service.
