Fit for Purpose
I started using Arnica back in the 1970s when it was relatively unknown (a simple lotion). It was recommended to me by a sailing friend who was, to be honest, a bit of a hippy and it proved very successful at reducing bruising. Arnica is commonplace these days and much more in the mainstream. I have tried many different forms. This Arnicare Gel is really good for massaging deep into damaged tissue. I use it when I have a deep muscle tear or bruising that has a potential to form a haematoma and in all but serious cases it works well. Indeed, I have a selection of arnica-based products, some of which I use for milder conditions. In the late 80s I was diagnosed as having mild Haemophilia and arnica is not always strong enough to solve my issues. However, this Arnicare Gel is as good ...
