Probably be my worst experience on eBay in 20 years. They falsely advertised a product then when I tried to cancel they wouldn’t. I had to contact their courier company to stop the shipping but they tried to send it again via another courier. In the end it was never shipped it and they just ignored me and my requests and questions just to purposely delay the refund process. I spent close to $4000 on a misleading listing and I had to ask eBay to step in to sort it out which they did immediately.

You purchased an item then several days after it was sent requested a refund because you found it cheaper elsewhere, there is nothing misleading in anyway whatsoever regarding the product you purchased, you made an error, and mucked us around by returnt he item as soon as you received it, and somehow we get bad feedback, you didnt spend any money? because you returned an item you didnt want, the only one inconvienanced is oursleves
