Item marked as dispatched. When it hadn’t been dispatched and was actually out of stock. After waiting a week I messaged seller to find out this information. Poor customer service. Excuse was that it was being shipped from china! Still doesn’t explain why item is marked as shipped when it it’s not even be picked or packaged.
This is not the first time either as have had same problem with other sellers doing the same thing so that their feedback looks better than their are.
