Exactly as described, this was the largest rug so it was shipped folded as per the description. It has some ripples in it at the moment but no creases. The ripples are gradually flattening out.
Delivery was made by DX delivery. We did not get any communication from them and had to rely on their tracking to find out when it was coming. Then they did not deliver when they said they would. After we rescheduled the delivery they contacted us by text and email and delivered on time.

Item was listed as brand new hence why I purchased. However, upon arrival, I noticed it had a returns note from another buyer and two noticeable dark marks which have failed to be removed. When contacting the seller, I was told these would come out when wiped which was not the case. I was offered a partial refund of £4 which I accepted. But a buyer should not receive someone else’s dirty return item.
