Unfortunately, I did not receive the item at all.
There was a huge problem with the courier company "EVRI". Due to their incompetence and inefficiency, the item was never delivered to a remote independent location such as a Collection Point!
However, the Seller Roanyeruk was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!
I updated them and they responded to my emails quickly, helpfully and were EXTREMELY SUPPORTIVE!
We resolved this amicably.
I am extremely happy with their customer services and recommend them highly!

I tried to return the item the same day I received it. The return address they gave me was in Chinese and when I took it to fed ex they couldn't deliver it because it wasn't a real address. I contacted the seller and requested an address in English with no response. Very disappointed in the product it's not at all worth the almost two hundred dollars I spent. I can't believe they are still in business.
