Okay. Not the same thickness and robustness as the original Plantronic voyager 8200C headphone earpad/ear-cup/cushion. The one that came with the headphones is of a far more superior quality. However, this replacement ear cushion / ear-cup is okay to use as a replacement as long as you are not expecting the same top quality as the original earcups from the manufacturer (Plantronics)
