I ordered a water bottle as a gift for someone, which was given 4 weeks after I ordered. Within the first week of using it, the water bottle started leaking, and was clearly faulty. Regardless of whether it was over 30 days or not, it should not be such poor awful quality within such a small period of time. I am embaressed as it was given as a gift and now is completley unfit for intented purpose. The seller was rude and unhelpful.
