Very flimsy construction, doesn't compare with quality manufacturers. Price wasn't too bad, but freebie giveaways should have been a warning. We have several rooms to do, expecting to repeat annually, so I fell for the company's "better than rental" line. First indications are that the machine performs quite well. My concern is its durability - it appears very flimsy, so I expect the little plastic latches and connectors won't last very long.Very flimsy construction, doesn't compare with quality manufacturers. Rather expensive and and doesn't last long. I only used what came with the carpet cleaner. Haven't repurchased because you can just use any other type of cleaner or disinfectant etc at a much cheaper price. The carpet cleaner itself is good but the solution is no better than any other. One of the reviews here says you can only use the vax solution in the vax carpet cleaner?! Nonsense. You can use anything that is okay to use on your carpets. I have used multiple cleaning liquids with no problems. You can also dissolve laundry powder in warm water, just sieve the liquid to remove any undissolved bits to prevent blocking anythingRather expensive and and doesn't last long.
