They offered a full refund straight away and apologised even though it was not their fault. While it was disappointing not to receive the item I would use this seller again as they provided such great service. 👍

They have now threatened to mark me as a dishonest customer unless I changed my feedback. Not a great experience, but I have changed my feedback as promised to the seller. ***Buyers beware***
