The walkie talkies was shoved in a box which was not the original box, the plastic insert did not fit the walkie being the wrong size & was ripped & broken trying to make it fit.I contacted the seller to return item advising it was used & sent pictures & his response was: Everything in our shop is brand new, the reason was the warehouse staff needed to put another USB cable in because the original was not configured. It was gifted to the buyer. Finally returned.Bought at Amazon cheaper & perfect

I'm sorry I didn't give you a pleasant shopping experience. However, everything sold in our store is brand new. The plastic box you mentioned is broken because its factory configuration does not include the USB charging cable, and the space becomes smaller after adding it.
