Very disappointed! When I ordered my item it stated 10 or more can be purchased I ordered 4 items received an email stating there was none left I agreed for a different item which I purchased and then received an email there's been a mistake in the postage and packing which I did not agree to which then I got a refund this was still slightly short of what I paid? Not very pleased!

Hi, we are sorry to hear of your disappointment but ebay did not multiply the postage cost by 4 so it would have meant the bags of firewood you ordered would have been costing us more money to post than you payed for them all, as for the refund I'm not sure why you did not recieve a full payment,I have spoken to ebay about this and they should get it sorted in a timely manner. However in future please message us with issues and we will get it sorted promptly instead of leaving negative feedback.
