    Great product!

    Awesome machine! Love this as it is easy to switch between exercises and has a very smooth operation. The weight limit is a little low for what some may need, but there are hacks online that can be used to add extra weight resistance rods to this model. Overall I love it!

    Bowflex

    I very much appreciate the safety in the bowflex in that I don’t have to worry about my kids putting their fingers in between weights that could come crashing down on their precious little hands. It is a little annoying to have cords laying all over when that part is not in use, and I do wonder how long the weights will maintain their tension. The seat could be better quality and more safe as well. Other than that it’s good, serves its purpose, and promotes strengthening. I will probably replace the weight system if it goes bad to reduce waste; however, hind sight, I might go with something more durable with predicted longevity.

    Love my Bowflex

    I can't think of anything I don't like about my Bowflex. It's easy to set up, easy to use, quiet (no banging of weights to be heard-and I work out at 5am in my den and don't want to wake my wife). and takes up so little room. I love it!

    Easy to assemble and use

    Very easy to put together. Transitioning between exercises and weight takes seconds. The 250 lbs of resistance is enough for most individuals/families. I would even recommend this for those with a gym membership and want a quick pump up without having to go to the gym or if you need to stretch with some resistance.
