    received a defective ring. Seller approved return and also offered a partial refund as an option. I declined that as I just wanted to return it. Seller never provided return label and stopped responding. EBay guarantee stepped in to provide refund. I dislike leaving negative reviews, I wasn't at all upset about a defective ring, these things happen. It was the lack of concern by seller in this situation to correct the issue.
