The card came damaged due to improper packaging and for the postage costs I would have thought it would have been sent better. The presales was brilliant at getting back to me and very helpful, but as soon as there was an issue the after sales was bad. They had agreed a partial refund but I would have to wait about 3 weeks as the seller did not have enough money. In the end I was refunded fully and told to keep the card, happy in the end but a situation I would not expect to be in.

Took a while for the card to be dispatched, and the postage was very expensive for a regular standard-sized envelope, but the seller was nice when I spoke to them, the card arrived in excellent condition and there were a couple of freebies thrown in as well. Many thanks :)

Thank you for the feedback for the postage we normally take off the postage fee on our card value so if you're paying let's say 13 pound 50 for one of our Yu-Gi-Oh cards or Pokémon cards £3.50 of that will always be your delivery fee. However saying this we have thought about Eva dropping our delivery fee or dropping our cards a little bit cheaper any feedback would be lovely on this
