The seller was quick to handle an issue that they noticed with the item they sold to me and notified me immediately. They offered a small refund to compensate for the defect and gave me a small free gift which I appreciate. I do think the item was still a bit overpriced though because it turned out to be soft cover not hardcover. I would purchase again from this seller though.
