This is going to sound weird but, even though it arrived with the glass steam tray broken in MANY pieces, I had a GREAT experience w/this seller. I sent them a message as soon as it arrived w/the box a mess and torn, & before I even finished unpacking it I could see & hear the heavy glass was shattered, and this seller initiated a refund WITHIN THE HOUR!! When I contacted them to ask about returning the undamaged pieces, the response was, “just keep it and buy the replacement.” FANTASTIC!!
