First step to ice cream
This is very good starter level book for those new to ice cream makers. The recipes are easy to follow with ingredients that are easy to obtain. It is a step up from the one in the box. This is a good first buy on the subject.

Ice cream made easy...enjoyable ....yummy.....have a go.
I bought this book for my dughter, who received an icecream maker for christmas. T he reciepes in it are great. we have made several now including Rum and Raisin page 47 and we have used the book as a guide to experiment combining two recipes to make our own verson of coconut ice. Its a lovely book thats easy to use, which encourages you to give it a go .All the ingreadance are easily avaliable and the results are very worth the effort( which isn't a lot...effort).I bought this book for my dughter, who received an icecream maker for christmas.
