It arrived as a dry rooted plant. Took a while to arrive, hence needed a bit of a water but is now recovering well. It's going to be a spectacular plant when it grows. It was as described in their advert. Didn't need to talk to the seller as everything went smoothly. But only 4 stars for delivery due to the time it took to arrive. But it was well packed and arrived in good condition. Just needed water and 48 hrs to recover

Great seller! Quick shipping and excellent packaging. Had a little problem when the product was in transit, but contacted the seller and they resolved it very quickly. The 'No' in the below question about if the product arrived on time is ABSOLUTELY no reflection on the seller.
