Enviaron mal embalado un artículo nuevo precintado, faltaba inmobilizarlo en el interior de la caja. Esto originó la rotura de los 2 tabiques de porexpan, y de 2 piezas al ir moviéndose dentro de sus cajas los vagones. Ofrecieron que les devolviera el artículo sin ningún impedimento. Pero no es la opción que yo elegí, dado que necesitaba estos vagones para completar una composición, ya no se encuentran en internet. Solicité que valoraruna compensación económica por los desperfectos y se negaron.
