This will work as it keeps hair tidy whilst sleeping and the maternal is nice and soft. It feels very comfortable and I like the way it has a slight elasticated feel to the headband so it won't come off, also a ribbon to tie in place if needed. Lots of room for long or thick hair. Great quality, soft material and really helped my curls stay intact and not dry out! Very pleased, as my previous one was very light satin fabric and went baggy in the wash. The cap is nice and soft on the forehead, non itchy and I would say fits nicely on a medium size head lol but can always use the ties if you need a smaller or tighter fit. They are also soft and flat so don't get in the way if you do a bow.
