Although we did receive the Clarifon in good time we are VERY DISAPPOINTED with it. I placed it into an unobstructed outlet about a month ago and since that time I have since noticed NO IMPROVEMENT in the air quality and absolutely NO IMPROVEMENTS in the amount of dust in this room.
Since the item appeared to be new, arrived in good time and this is our first communication with the seller I cannot in good conscience fault the seller in your rating. You don’t have a star rating for the QUALITY!
