Support war im Anfang bemüht und schnell ändert aber nichts daran das Windrad minderwertig gefertigt ist und nur 3 bis 9 Volt (bei 40 km Wind )macht bei angestrebten 24 Volt ..später war der Support schlecht und mußte eBay einschalten weil Verkäufer Rücknahme nur original verpackt wollte und Port nicht zahlen wollte...
