    Can't praise them enough

    I started shedding ALOT, my sister recommended these as she had used them previously. Within a week my hair stopped shedding and withing 4 weeks I had regrowth. You could previously see my scalp but not anymore. My regrowth is now a few inches long and starting to mingle in with the old hair. It's not perfect but it's getting there

    Well iv been taking the capsules and now these gummies for 3 months and no change. My nails still bend and peel off my hair not any thicker or grown any faster so I'm gonna knock these on the head and try 10000 mg biotin instead
