I was very happy to find an electric pot with a stainless steel pot and steamer. The low temperature setting is too high to simmer unfortunately. Nevertheless I have used it for two meals, both successful. Stirring constantly isn't necessary if there's plenty of broth. The steamer basket is nice and big. Quite happy I chose this pot.
