The seller has not refunded us yet or sold a new one yet
very frustrated.
The seller was more concerned with why took us 10 days to get back to him about the broken item more than making us happy. He said that he packed it correctly. We don’t think so. It came broken. They were shaking in the box. It was not enough wrapping inside the box for it not to move , he was more concerned about telling us that he did a good job wrapping it then about refund or fixing problem

The seller was trying to ship me a defective bat which was cracked. I promptly identified the problem and he wanted to provide me a partial payment, which I refused. The seller should've reviewed the product and send me a better bat which I would accept. He instead mentioned that I was impatient with him. According to eBay policy. I shipped the product in a great container back to him as opposed to the packing that he send which was horrible. I will never do business with a dishonest seller.

I took full accountability for the bat being cracked however I tried to work with you to improve your shopping experience with me by offering you to keep the bat at a very discounted price and you practically wanted it for free. I also issued you a full refund within 24 hours. So I am not sure why you're leaving me a nasty review.

You didn't take full responsibility for putting up the item for sale. You only provided 2 pictures of the bat which not clear and you didn't provide adequate details of the condition of the bat. Also, when I requested feedback from you for the quick payment, you mentioned that I was impatient and you didn't care about the feedback I provide. Firstly, as a seller you shouldn't have put the bat on in the listing if there was a serious damage on it and no description. That was being dishonest .
