Food and drink items cannot be returned, these items are excluded from the returns policy. This is in accordance with the UK Law.
 
If you change your mind about a purchase, please contact us regarding the return to make arrangements.
 
If your original purchase qualified for FREE postage and packaging and you choose to return any part or the entire order, you will be responsible for the postage and packaging we incurred to ship the item(s).
 
Returns must be in the condition they were sent in (i.e. new/unopened).
 
After we have successfully received the undamaged, unused item we will refund the buyer less the original postage cost of £7.50 that we paid to send the item to you.
 
All Large and heavy items returned will have a deduction of £10.00 for the original postage cost. Large and heavy items cost us £10.00 to send to you.
 
The buyer is responsible for the return postage cost.
