Our old washing machine broke just before Christmas and you delivered immediately, way before the due date and in plenty of time before Christmas, I can’t thank you enough, with 3 children it would have been hell. Bought the washing machine and sellected the option (paid for) to deliver and install it. Got it today and the courier advised that the service selected was to deliver and recycle so I didn't get the washing machine installed... Not only that but the seller said they couldn't get someone to install (clearly no the case) and proceeded to just refund the postage without consent, leaving me with a washing machine that may not even be new (won't open to avoid any problems) and to be installed...

Quality product with great features
The machine is very well made and the 9kg load made a bigger difference than we thought over our previous 7kg load machine, We were surprised that the ECO modes took around 2 hours but this, as we later found out, is common with most modern washing machines.The reason is that they soak for longer but, although the cycle is longer, they are A rated economy. I should say that there is a 15 minute fast wash which recommends only 1kg load. However, we tried it with about double that and it worked well, This is the 3rd Hisense product we have purchased after having a TV for almost 5 years and an oven for 2 - both excellent products that we have been very pleased with too.
