Seller had the cheek to charge VAT extra, without notification in description and from the UK and based in Hong Kong, and wanted a 'sweet feedback' for a partial refund. Full refund given as ebay would have been my next option if full refund not given. Avoid seller as they are VAT extra when items are sent and returned in the UK.
