This hands free kit is the 3rd different type that I have used. It has most of the features of a budget hands free unit. there are a couple of things that I would have liked to have "heard" from this unit. The sound quality is okay, but the volume control is just not high enough, especially when the car window and/or air con is running. The other inclusion I would have liked was to be able to voice select contacts from a contact list on your phone. The previous Plantronics hands free had all these options and slightly cheaper too.This hands free kit is the 3rd different type that I have used.
