    History!

    "History" is one of the iconic Greatest Hits packages of the seventies. I've owned this album in many formats, beginning with the 8 track back in the day when I was cruisin' in my Plymouth Roadrunner. George Martin, famous for his work with The Beatles, did a bang up job with the remix work he did for this release, and his remixes are the songs I remember. I don't care how many greatest hits packages America releases: this one, is the best. "History!"

    CD is from 1987

    Thought when it was reissued in 2004 it would be remastered but it's not. Same one I've been playing for 30 years so the sound quality is analog. If you want better get a newer different compilation.
