Ho dovuto contattare la casa madre per riparare l’UPS tutto a mie spese. Non ho avuto nessun risarcimento nemmeno di 1 euro. Garanzia inesistente. Be wary of this seller. Zero professionalism, zero assistance. UPS defective and denied refund. I had to contact the parent company to repair the UPS all at my expense. I didn't get any compensation, not even 1 euro. I suspect it was incorrectly sized (Current rating too low). There were no fault lights or messages on the UPS. There was no proof of any expense paid, or that they contacted the UPS manufacturer. They raised an eBay case, which closed in our favor.

It came in its original box and was securely packed. There were only minor cosmetic marks (as expected with a used item), but otherwise it looked almost brand new — even the fan blades were clean. The seller went above and beyond by promptly sending a few missing components.
