    I had an issue at the post office with a previous order, so i had asked the buyer to call their local post office to see if it is there and postage that needs to be paid and ill reimburse them. They did not call so i callled after the weekend and they did have a package there but had been returned to sender. Provided evidence as well. All could have beeen solved with a simple call.
