These were sold as "new", which I suppose technically they are, since the seals were still intact, but the bottles were filthy (covered in dust) the labels were cracked & torn (1 more so than the other) and they expire in only 4 months time. Clearly they've been lying gathering dust (literally), possibly in direct sunlight (which diminishes their potency) for maybe 18 months or something. Photo shows the 2 of them, with a bottle I already owned on the right. Not impressed. Won't be buying again.

The first set I received the seal had broken on all of them and they were unusable. A second set were sent out and one tube was open and most of the tabs had fallen into the packaging. I messaged to let them know and was told he'd opened one package to see if they were ok and was I happy with that. I was given a refund on the one tube when I said I'm not happy with receiving them with half the tub loose in the bag. So I ended up with 3 useable tubes.
