I have never used plate that was cut this way and it has caused me to make the part 3 mm smaller than the print called for. I does not matter in this case but had I known about it I would have ordered a bigger size.

Torch arrived, it was rigid neck, clearly mis-described & not checked before dispatch. Contacted seller TWICE, no reply whatsoever. Had to involve ebay to get a refund, [now received] . Seller now changed description, at least others will not be mis-lead in future.
