Ich bin sprachlos! So einen Service ist top. Hatte 2 Stirnlampen bestellt, blitzschnelle Lieferung. Nach der Lieferung kam eine Mail ob ich zufrieden bin! Bei einer der Lampen leuchtete die Ladeleuchte nicht und das Kabel wurde heiß. So schrieb ich es dem Verkäufer. Promt reagierte dieser mit der Frage, ob ich a eine Neue haben möchte oder die Hälfte vom Kaufpreis erstattet. Ich entschied mich für eine Neue. Diese ist da und geht. Vielen Dank! Klare Empfehlung, übrigens die Lampe ist sehr gut.

I'd like to preface this by saying I was refunded the full amount. But even so, it's ridiculous.
I'd ordered a glass item, but what had arrived was cheap, thin plastic - the kind that small storage boxes are made of. It was so thin, it got dented and squished during transport.
I told the seller, who initially offered me a 20% refund. I explained myself again, and was offered a 75% refund. It was only once I mentioned the word scam that they refunded me in full.
