Review for Philips Outdoor Wall Light with PIR Sensor I purchased. Postage was underpaid so I paid extra £3 charge because of its size. Seller said he paid correct rate & would refund me if his error. His Small Parcel was 2cm too big in one dimension so a Medium Parcel so extra cost paid. Seller refused to refund me £3 that I had to pay to retrieve the parcel & said the PO is wrong! Light sent was not the same design and looked nothing like the EBay image. Did get cost of light back NOT postage.

Sadly customer wasn't happy with his purchased. Offered him to return it and I will pay the returns postage and give a full refund which is what I did. The correct postage was paid and accepted at the post office as royal mail postmasters check the weight and details to insure the correct fee was paid before accepting the parcel. Disagree agree with this feedback as it is unfair but accept it. Thanks.

    Good kettle - boils water.

    Very cool and stylish electric kettle. It gets a little hot and boils the water to a firm 100 deg C (while my previous one turned off at 99 C) I was expecting it would be something more fancy - it's basically just a kettle. Not really sure what more have I expected.

    Stylish but stopped working after 10 months

    We've loved this kettle, it's smart, stylish and looks great in the kitchen. Unfortunately it's just had a major fail - kept cutting out mid-way through heating water and now won't start at all (fuses have been checked, etc). It's not even a year old yet. It's always been descaled regularly and carefully looked after so we're very disappointed. It was relatively expensive so we expected it to last longer than 10/11 months. I've tried repairing kettles before and I know how pointless it is, the manufacturers make it virtually impossible as they want to sell you a new one. Yet another small appliance destined for the local refuse, what a waste. Unfortunately most kettles go this way eventually but our previous ones have never given up so soon after purchase.

    Looks nice but could be better

    Too much time has gone into making this kettle look pretty. Yes it looks nice on the side as it matches the colour scheme in my kitchen. However, you can't tell how much water is in the kettle as the handle obstructs the fill guage. There is a good reason as the why fill guages are on the side and not under the handle. Also, no light comes on when the kettle is turned on.

    Looks great

    I really like the design, looks very good in my kitchen. Works like a kettle - no different to previous kettles. Only thing it is quite heavy itself and I find it difficult to judge how much water is inside, the indicator is not very clear but it's a minor issue to me.

    Stylish green kettle

    Really stylish kettle with a nice pour. Lid comes of easily for filling or can fill small amounts through the spout. The water level is a bit tricky to see because of the handle.
