They work for me.
At 82 years old and not being very active was causing me problems with constipation. These capsules have solved my problem. All I needed was to take two with a glass of water after my main meal and for me problem solved.I think they are worth a try and would recommend.

Taking them 2 before breakfast and 2 after evening meal (4 a day) for 5 days now and no difference in my toilet needs, still bloated and constipated. Hence two stars ⭐ They just didn't work for me but didn't do harm neither

Well, that title sounds kinda disgusting… lol. I have suffered with constipation since been very young .... and now near on 60. Always relied on laxatives and never ever have i gone naturally. However oh yes howeva 😊 this product arrived yesterday and i took 2 at dinner and again at teatime. Today i took 2 at breakfast and 2 at lunch and OMG i went to the loo 😀. Had another 2 at teatime and cant wait to see what tomorrow brings. Beats taking laxative and not always working plus the horrific stomach cramps etc that goes along with it too.
