In buying these shop-return 3D-Printers units you should expect missing parts and be able to find things like screws and make replacements. In this case, brackets and support rods were the most complicated I had to make. Mine was also missing the LCD controller, and Anycubice were able to send me this missing part.

Impressed for the price, been putting the printer through its paces and its fine, nothing missing and in origonal packing, fast delivery , just remember to set the z axis each time you print as it may not be correct apart from that which is not a problem all is good, would highly recomend this seller A++
