Update: I have been in contact with the company and have accepted their second offer of a 75% refund for the defective flash drive in exchange for keeping the included USB-C to USB-A adapter that still worked. So I change my overall rating to 4 stars.

The item worked it was actually brand new the only downside was that the packaging got damaged during travel and the tracking number was in Japanese and it was difficult to track where the item was the seller gave us the information for the website and it didn’t work and everything was in Japanese but other than that it great price
