Ordered Lunar New Year decorations on 7 Jan for before 10 Feb. Seller updated shipping info to estimate arrival up to March. I contacted seller to say I needed item before Lunar New Year (as expected). They told me to request a return when item arrived. I sent the item back after its late arrival after Lunar New Year, contacted seller, they insist item has not arrived and so no refund is granted. Who would deliver decorations after the festival? Such a waste of time and money, do not recommend.
