I have already sent this to ebay however...The tapestry and wools stank of 'old age. The wools provided where not all there and the wrong colours. The description was showing 4 designs and so that is what I thought I was purchasing. I received 1... I have sent the package back and as already stated I will want want a full refund. I offered a price of £24 with NO delivery charge and that what totally ignored. The seller and ebay have a lot of answers to make.

I was charged £5.70 for postage. The actual postage on the small parcel was £3.49 and the packaging was a bin bag. Asked the seller why I was overcharged on postage but the seller wasn’t very helpful with no effort to rectify the overcharging.

Prices are displayed to be seen,I have given the buyer a £5 discount o Initially only to dishonesty open a not as described case and ask for more money on postage, given a few pounds back on postage only to get rid of the disgrace and blocked the buyer. For future reference Packaging fees includes labour , packaging and transport cost as the item doesn't pack and walk itself to the post office, sellers be aware of this scam.
