Faulty out of the box (no temperature control, the furnace overheated).
Seller promised to send me a replacement if I returned the faulty item (which I did).
Because I used an eBay voucher that got me a £30 discount the seller then refunded me rather than send me a replacement! so if I want to buy another furnace I now have to pay the full price, not the original discounted price!
Can't recommend this seller.
