The worst service I ever had from a seller , in the fotos showing two rails and jointing bar ,in description saying 1 set of rails , but sent me only plunge saw without proper packaging, when I asked the about rails didn't even answer my question , let me down a lot , holding my money now cannot buy an other machine from someone else, would never recommend this seller , they clearly scamming

The vacuum suction is very good but the actual cleaner is made from inferior plastic. The suction hose has minimum bristles so its good for smooth floors like laminate but not for carpets. The wheels drop off continuously and the attachment has developed a split so now it cannot fix in place and hold without strong adhesive tape- normal use. The price is good but the defects and low grade materials make this almost a waste of money. It's not durable therefore the environmental impact is costly.
