The boots I ordered did not match the listing, see photos, I open a returns case and I had to ask eBay to step in, after I contacted the seller saying I wasn’t happy with my item, they said I had to pay for return postage, the eBay agent agreed with me and as the item did not match the listing the seller is responsible to pay for the return, the seller said they would give me a refund through eBay when I closed the case, NO as once it’s closed eBay can not step in. I eventually got a full refund
