Parcel arrived obviously previously opened, without instructions and internal packets had also been opened so not new! Not apparent how to assemble securely. Seller wanted ME to try and assemble and buy 'spare parts' which they would 'partially refund me' for! I was flabbergasted and said "No!" I demanded a full refund and did get it as I mentioned that I would involve eBay in the dispute if I did not get satisfaction...it worked. Typical, broken English, Chinese company that do not care!!!
