    Very easy to get working

    Good support software. I bought this to replace my 7 year old perfection 200 which didn't connect with the computer anymore. Epson said sorry, it's too old to support. The cost of repair would almost certainly be prohibitive, so I bought the 370. It's very fast and capable. Warm up time is almost zero and results are great. At the price a brilliant piece of equipment.

    MAJOR SOFTWARE PROBLEMS, stops after 2 scans

    I bought this scanner to replace another Epson scanner, turns out there was nothing wrong with the old one. There is a major problem between Epson software and WINDOWS 10 which updated on May 15th 2018 causing the scanner to stop after 2 scans and freeze, needing the mains power to be switched off to reset just for it to happen again. Epson told me to remove the Microsoft update and reinstall the Epson software. I have spent about 6 hours of my time trying to sort out what is not MY problem. This has caused me to loose 2 weeks of work as I rely on a scanner, who will compensate me for this? Its a disgrace to Microsoft and Epson that customers are left in this predicament. I will be returning the scanner and try another make.

    Easy Installation

    Definitely compatible with Windows 10 and pre-purchase that was hardest thing to establish. It is extraordinary that, that information cannot be found in the manufacturer's literature. It is a very easy machine to use and so far given excellent results. I am very pleased with it.
