I won this in a bid, seller never sent the item, purchased april 5th, they provided tracking 3 days later but never took the item to the post office, horrible communication, 21 days later i get a refund with the help of ebay, sucks because i really wanted this figure, gave 1 star for each category only because i had to put something

I purchased the figure, but the seller never sent the item; they only created the shipping label. Despite contacting the seller 3 times over the course of a month, I was informed that they were experiencing personal issues and that was the reason of not sending the package. In the end the seller never sent the item so I had to open a case with eBay and received a refund. Now, I've noticed that the seller had relisted the item.
