The touch impress looks great and clearly has a very good build quality. The first machine I received did have a software glitch interfering with the auto dosing of coffee grinds function but the replacement unit seems to work perfectly. Great quick customer service! The impress tamping takes pretty much all the work out of preparing a good espresso puck and also reduces mess.
