The sellers advised for size ten order large, being a size ten I did this, the item arrived and was clearly sized at I would guess a 16. I contacted the seller for a 15% refund to keep it as returning is costly. Obviously this was unacceptable as I’m essentially paying for something I cannot wear, therefore, refused. To be offered a 40% refund or return but I would liable for return, also had to be in an unopened package which is impossible as I know it’s too big, as opened it. Ridiculous!!!!
